Delete your Dukkanty account

In the app (fastest)

Open Dukkanty, sign in, then Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. It is done at once. The same works on dukkanty.com.

Without the app

Email DevTeam@jo-vision.com with the subject Delete my Dukkanty account, from the email address you sign in with. We reply to confirm it is your account, delete it within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, phone), the shops you own with their products, scans and 3D walk-throughs, your reviews, follows, saved addresses and notification tokens.

What stays

Orders you placed stay with the shop that delivered them, without your account, because shops must keep their sales records. Messages you sent to a shop stay in that shop's inbox. Copies in backups are removed as the backups expire.

Only some of your data

You can delete a shop, a product, a scan, a review or a saved address yourself in the app at any time. For anything else, email us at the address above.

افتح دكانتي وسجّل الدخول، ثم الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب وأكّد. يتم الحذف فوراً. وكذلك من موقع dukkanty.com.

بدون التطبيق

راسلنا على DevTeam@jo-vision.com بعنوان Delete my Dukkanty account من البريد الذي تسجّل الدخول به. نرد لنتأكد أنه حسابك، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوماً ونخبرك عند الانتهاء.

ما يُحذف

حسابك (الاسم والبريد والهاتف)، والمتاجر التي تملكها مع منتجاتها وعمليات المسح والجولات ثلاثية الأبعاد، وتقييماتك ومتابعاتك وعناوينك المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات.

ما يبقى

الطلبات التي قمت بها تبقى لدى المتجر الذي وصّلها، بدون حسابك، لأن على المتاجر الاحتفاظ بسجل مبيعاتها. وتبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها لمتجر في صندوق رسائله. تُزال النسخ الاحتياطية عند انتهاء مدتها.
