Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Dukkanty (the website dukkanty.com and the Dukkanty apps for iPhone and Android) collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you sign up or sign in (including with Google).
Shop information: your shop's name, details, products, prices and the location you choose to show on the map.
Customer orders: when you order from a shop, your name, phone number and delivery address (with its pin on the map), shared with that shop and its delivery driver so the order reaches you.
Messages and activity: your chats with shops, reviews, follows, wishlists and the shops you visit in the app.
Orders and sales: orders placed in your shop and sales made with the point of sale, including refunds.
Photos and 3D scans: photos you upload, and the photos and depth data the shop scanner records when you choose to publish a scan.
Location: your device's location, only when you choose to place your shop on the map.
Device information: a push notification token so we can tell you about visits and new orders, and technical data about scanner sessions (device model, performance, errors) to improve the scanner. Scanner diagnostics contain no photos.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.

To run your shop and show it to customers.
To process orders and keep your point of sale in sync.
To build and show the 3D walk-through of your shop and find the products in it.
To send you the notifications you asked for.
To fix problems and improve the service.

Camera and microphone

The app uses the camera to scan barcodes at the register and to scan your shop in 3D. Nothing is uploaded unless you save or publish it. The app does not record sound. Sending scans to a phone nearby uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi only between the two phones; nothing is uploaded.

Sharing

Your shop page, its products and published 3D scans are public so customers can see them. We use service providers to run Dukkanty: cloud hosting and storage by Microsoft Azure, sign-in by Google, and push notifications by Google Firebase and Apple. They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored on secure servers while your account is active. Point of sale data is also kept on your phone so it works offline. Scanner diagnostics are deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your shop, products and scans from the app or website at any time.
You can turn notifications and location access off in your phone's settings.
You can delete your account and all its data at any time: in the app or website, open Profile, then Delete Account. Or email us and we delete it within 30 days (https://www.dukkanty.com/delete-account.html).

Children

Dukkanty is for shop owners and adult shoppers and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top.

الموقع: موقع جهازك، فقط عندما تختار وضع متجرك على الخريطة.
معلومات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات لنخبرك بالزيارات والطلبات الجديدة، وبيانات تقنية عن جلسات المسح (طراز الجهاز والأداء والأخطاء) لتحسين الماسح. لا تحتوي بيانات المسح التشخيصية على أي صور.

كيف نستخدمها

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.

لتشغيل متجرك وعرضه للزبائن.
لمعالجة الطلبات ومزامنة نقطة البيع.
لبناء جولة متجرك ثلاثية الأبعاد وعرضها وإيجاد المنتجات فيها.
لإرسال الإشعارات التي طلبتها.
لإصلاح المشاكل وتحسين الخدمة.

الكاميرا والميكروفون

يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لمسح الباركود عند الصندوق ولمسح متجرك ثلاثي الأبعاد. لا يُرفع شيء إلا إذا حفظته أو نشرته. لا يسجل التطبيق الصوت. إرسال المسح إلى هاتف قريب يتم عبر البلوتوث والواي فاي بين الهاتفين فقط، ولا يُرفع شيء.

المشاركة

صفحة متجرك ومنتجاته والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد المنشور عامة ليراها الزبائن. نستعين بمزودي خدمات لتشغيل دكانتي: الاستضافة والتخزين لدى Microsoft Azure، وتسجيل الدخول عبر Google، والإشعارات عبر Google Firebase وApple. يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط. قد نفصح عن المعلومات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

التخزين والاحتفاظ

تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم آمنة ما دام حسابك نشطاً. تُحفظ بيانات نقطة البيع على هاتفك أيضاً لتعمل دون اتصال. تُحذف بيانات المسح التشخيصية بعد 90 يوماً.

خياراتك

يمكنك تعديل أو حذف متجرك ومنتجاتك وعمليات المسح من التطبيق أو الموقع في أي وقت.
يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات والوصول إلى الموقع من إعدادات هاتفك.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته في أي وقت: في التطبيق أو الموقع افتح الملف الشخصي ثم حذف الحساب. أو راسلنا وسنحذفه خلال 30 يوماً (https://www.dukkanty.com/delete-account.html).

الأطفال

دكانتي مخصص لأصحاب المتاجر والمتسوقين البالغين وليس موجهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وعندها نغيّر التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة.
