Dukkanty (dukkanty.com) turns a real shop into a 3D walk-through that anyone can visit online, scanned with nothing but the shop owner's phone, and gives every shop its own social page with posts, followers and offers. Here are the questions people ask most.
What is Dukkanty?
Dukkanty is a website and an app (iPhone and Android) for shops. The owner walks through the shop with their phone, the app scans it in 3D, and it is published at the shop's own address, dukkanty.com/<shop-name>. Shoppers then walk the aisles in their browser like Street View inside the shop, tap a product to see it, chat with the shop, and order to pick up in store. The name means "my shop" in Arabic.
Is there an app that scans my shop in 3D with my phone?
Yes. The Dukkanty app scans a shop in 3D with an ordinary phone: no 360 camera, no LiDAR and no special equipment. On Android it uses ARCore, on iPhone ARKit (with LiDAR when the phone has it). Coloured dots show what has been filmed, a line on the screen and a voice say where to go next, and the shop is live online in one to two minutes.
How do I make a virtual tour of my store for free?
Install the Dukkanty app, tap "Scan my shop", walk slowly along the shelves until the orange areas are covered, then tap Publish. Dukkanty Free costs nothing, needs no card and has no end date: up to 2 shops, 5 sections in each and 200 photos in each section. Pro, for larger shops, removes those limits.
What is a 3D shop scan, and how is it different from photos or a video?
A 3D scan records every photo together with where the phone was and how far each surface is. That lets a shopper move freely through the shop, look around, zoom into a shelf and go round a display, instead of only swiping through pictures or watching a fixed video. It works in any web browser, on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install.
Can customers find and buy products inside the 3D shop?
Yes. Dukkanty finds the products on the shelves in the scan and outlines them. A shopper taps a product to see it larger, in 3D, and with similar items, searches the whole shop by name or by a photo, adds it to a basket and orders to pick up in store. The shop owner gets a notification for every visit and every order. With Pro, every product is named automatically in Arabic and English.
What kinds of places can be scanned?
Any place that sells or shows things: supermarkets, mini markets, pharmacies, clothing and shoe shops, electronics, bookshops, furniture and home stores, perfume and gift shops, bakeries, showrooms and galleries. A large shop is scanned in sections joined by doors, so shoppers walk from one into the next.
Does each shop have its own social page with posts and followers?
Yes. Every shop on Dukkanty has a Shop Window (dukkanty.com/<shop-name>/window), its own social page like a feed. The owner posts updates, new products, offers, events, restocks, opening hours and new 3D scans, pins one on top, and can send a post or an offer straight to every follower's phone as a notification. Shoppers follow the shop, like posts, leave reviews and walk into its 3D shop from there. Dukkanty even suggests post ideas from what happened in the shop lately.
Can I send offers and discounts to my shop's followers?
Yes. From the Shop Window the owner writes an offer post and turns on sending it to followers, or uses Message followers for a quick notification without a post. Every follower gets it as a push notification on their phone or browser, and the owner sees how many followers they have.
Is there a way to discover shops like reels?
Yes. Browse Shops (dukkanty.com) shows the shops as full-screen reels you swipe through. Each reel plays the shop's own 3D tour: it rides through the aisles, stops on products and shows them, and Enter 3D takes you inside to walk it yourself. You can also search every shop and product, see the shops on a map (dukkanty.com/map), or walk a 3D mall of shops (dukkanty.com/mall).
Does Dukkanty include a point of sale?
Yes. The app has a point of sale (POS) that works without internet: scan barcodes, ring up sales, refund, and track stock. Sales sync when the phone is back online, and the same products are sold from the 3D shop and at the counter.
Which countries and languages does Dukkanty support?
Dukkanty works in Arabic and English, right-to-left and left-to-right. It is built in Jordan for shops in Jordan and the Arab world, and a published shop can be visited from anywhere.
Who owns the scans and photos of my shop?
You do. The photos and 3D scans you make stay yours. Dukkanty only has permission to store, process and show them to provide the service, and that ends when you delete them. Nobody may download, copy or reuse your scans or product pictures without your permission. See the Terms of Use (dukkanty.com/terms).
Is my data private?
Nothing the camera records leaves the phone until you choose to publish it, and you can remove photos from a scan before or after. Dukkanty does not sell personal information or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy (dukkanty.com/privacy).
Can I see a shop on Dukkanty before I scan mine?
Yes. Open dukkanty.com and browse the shops on the map or the list, then walk into any of them in your browser.

ما هو دكانتي؟
دكانتي موقع وتطبيق (آيفون وأندرويد) للمتاجر. يتجول صاحب المتجر فيه بهاتفه، فيمسحه التطبيق بثلاثة أبعاد، ويُنشر على عنوان المتجر الخاص dukkanty.com/<اسم-المتجر>. ثم يتجول المتسوقون بين الممرات من المتصفح كأنهم داخل المتجر، ويضغطون على منتج لرؤيته، ويراسلون المتجر، ويطلبون ليستلموا من المتجر.
هل يوجد تطبيق يمسح متجري بثلاثة أبعاد بالهاتف؟
نعم. تطبيق دكانتي يمسح المتجر بثلاثة أبعاد بهاتف عادي: دون كاميرا 360 ودون LiDAR ودون أي معدات خاصة. يستخدم ARCore على أندرويد وARKit على آيفون (مع LiDAR إن وُجد). تُظهر نقاط ملوّنة ما تم تصويره، ويخبرك سطر على الشاشة وصوت إلى أين تتجه، ويصبح المتجر متاحاً على الإنترنت خلال دقيقة إلى دقيقتين.
كيف أصنع جولة افتراضية لمتجري مجاناً؟
ثبّت تطبيق دكانتي، واضغط «امسح متجري»، وامشِ ببطء بمحاذاة الرفوف حتى تُغطّى المناطق البرتقالية، ثم اضغط «نشر». خطة دكانتي المجانية دون مقابل ودون بطاقة ودون تاريخ انتهاء: حتى متجرين، و5 أقسام في كل متجر، و200 صورة في كل قسم. وخطة Pro للمتاجر الأكبر بلا حدود.
ما هو المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد للمتجر، وبماذا يختلف عن الصور أو الفيديو؟
يسجّل المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد كل صورة مع مكان الهاتف وبُعد كل سطح عنه. وهذا يسمح للمتسوق بالتنقل بحرية داخل المتجر والنظر حوله والتكبير على رف والدوران حول معروض، بدل تقليب صور أو مشاهدة فيديو ثابت. ويعمل في أي متصفح على الهاتف أو الحاسوب دون تثبيت أي شيء.
هل يستطيع الزبائن إيجاد المنتجات وشراءها داخل المتجر ثلاثي الأبعاد؟
نعم. يجد دكانتي المنتجات على الرفوف في المسح ويحددها. يضغط المتسوق على منتج ليراه أكبر وبثلاثة أبعاد ومع منتجات مشابهة، ويبحث في المتجر كله بالاسم أو بصورة، ويضيفه إلى السلة ويطلب ليستلم من المتجر. ويصل صاحب المتجر إشعار بكل زيارة وكل طلب. ومع Pro تُسمّى كل المنتجات تلقائياً بالعربية والإنجليزية.
ما أنواع الأماكن التي يمكن مسحها؟
أي مكان يبيع أو يعرض أشياء: السوبرماركت والبقالات والصيدليات ومحلات الملابس والأحذية والإلكترونيات والمكتبات والأثاث والأدوات المنزلية والعطور والهدايا والمخابز وصالات العرض والمعارض. يُمسح المتجر الكبير على أقسام تصلها أبواب، فيمشي المتسوق من قسم إلى الذي يليه.
هل لكل متجر صفحة تواصل اجتماعي خاصة به فيها منشورات ومتابعون؟
نعم. لكل متجر على دكانتي «واجهة المتجر» (dukkanty.com/<اسم-المتجر>/window)، وهي صفحته الاجتماعية الخاصة مثل الحساب على مواقع التواصل. ينشر صاحب المتجر التحديثات والمنتجات الجديدة والعروض والفعاليات ووصول البضاعة وساعات العمل والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد الجديد، ويثبّت منشوراً في الأعلى، ويستطيع إرسال المنشور أو العرض مباشرة إلى هاتف كل متابع كإشعار. ويتابع المتسوقون المتجر ويعجبون بالمنشورات ويكتبون التقييمات ويدخلون متجره ثلاثي الأبعاد من هناك. ويقترح دكانتي أفكاراً للمنشورات مما حدث في المتجر مؤخراً.
هل أستطيع إرسال العروض والخصومات لمتابعي متجري؟
نعم. من واجهة المتجر يكتب صاحب المتجر منشور عرض ويفعّل إرساله للمتابعين، أو يستخدم «راسل المتابعين» لإشعار سريع دون منشور. يصل العرض لكل متابع كإشعار على هاتفه أو متصفحه، ويرى صاحب المتجر عدد متابعيه.
هل توجد طريقة لاكتشاف المتاجر مثل الريلز؟
نعم. «تصفح المتاجر» (dukkanty.com) يعرض المتاجر كريلز بملء الشاشة تقلّبها بإصبعك. كل ريل يشغّل جولة المتجر ثلاثية الأبعاد: يتجول بين الممرات ويتوقف عند المنتجات ويعرضها، وزر «ادخل 3D» يدخلك لتتجول فيه بنفسك. ويمكنك أيضاً البحث في كل المتاجر والمنتجات، ورؤية المتاجر على الخريطة (dukkanty.com/map)، أو التجول في مول ثلاثي الأبعاد للمتاجر (dukkanty.com/mall).
هل يتضمن دكانتي نقطة بيع؟
نعم. في التطبيق نقطة بيع (POS) تعمل دون إنترنت: مسح الباركود، وتسجيل المبيعات، والمرتجعات، وتتبع المخزون. تُزامَن المبيعات عند عودة الاتصال، وتُباع المنتجات نفسها من المتجر ثلاثي الأبعاد وعلى الكاونتر.
ما الدول واللغات التي يدعمها دكانتي؟
يعمل دكانتي بالعربية والإنجليزية، من اليمين إلى اليسار ومن اليسار إلى اليمين. صُنع في الأردن لمتاجر الأردن والعالم العربي، ويمكن زيارة المتجر المنشور من أي مكان.
لمن تعود ملكية المسح والصور الخاصة بمتجري؟
لك. تبقى الصور والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد الذي تصنعه ملكاً لك، ولدكانتي فقط إذن بتخزينها ومعالجتها وعرضها لتقديم الخدمة، وينتهي هذا الإذن عند حذفها. لا يجوز لأحد تنزيل مسحك أو صور منتجاتك أو نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذنك. راجع شروط الاستخدام (dukkanty.com/terms).
هل بياناتي خاصة؟
لا يغادر أي شيء تسجله الكاميرا هاتفك حتى تختار نشره، ويمكنك حذف صور من المسح قبل النشر أو بعده. لا يبيع دكانتي المعلومات الشخصية ولا يستخدمها للإعلانات. راجع سياسة الخصوصية (dukkanty.com/privacy).
هل يمكنني رؤية متجر على دكانتي قبل أن أمسح متجري؟
